1. What are the payment options in your stores?

2. Do you customize furniture?
Yes, we do customize based on your need as long as the design and materials sent to us are within reason and are feasible to be made in terms of construction and skill.

3. Do you offer a repair of furniture?
We can do repairs as long as the items are purchased from our store within the 6 month standard product warranty or outside of warranty with a service fee for the repairs after determining the issues.

4. How long is the delivery lead time?
Most of our items are made to order. We have a lead time of 7 to 10 Business Days to produce your item, and deliver it to your doorstep. In most cases for small items, lead times can be up to 3-5 Days. For bulk orders and for any specific requests, please let us know. 

5. Do you deliver outside manila?

6. Do you offer installments?
Yes, we offer installments through our Buy Now Pay Later payment partners Atome, Billease & Unacash

7. How do I cancel or refund my order?
If for some reason you need to change or cancel an order, we will be happy to assist you, please contact Customer Service at 0917-638-8535 or via email immediately as there may be a chance that we have already processed your order for shipment, and we will have to proceed on delivery.

8. How to track my order?
Kindly send us your order ID with order information so that we can check the status of your order.

9. Can I order in bulk?
Yes, we are the direct manufacturers of the items we have available so wholesale is our specialty.

10. Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
Yes, it depends on the volume of orders. This will be sent with a formal quotation.

11. Do you offer free assembly?
It depends on the amount you purchased and current promotions which may include free assembly service. Contact us for a list of fees for assembly or check out our services you can avail here on this link below:

12. Can we reschedule our delivery?
Yes, our Logistic team will call you 1-2 days before the delivery to confirm the receipt of the item. If you want to reschedule please inform us as soon as you can.

13. Do you offer a product warranty?
We offer a 6-month-warranty for our products on factory defect excluding normal wear and tear. Item will be scheduled either for repair or pull-out and replacement. 

14. Can you deliver my order at my specified time?
Our main Bulacan warehouse solely dispatches our trucks so in most cases, to be able to serve all our customers without delay, we cannot give an exact time or ETA for the deliveries since our delivery trucks strictly follow we have a delivery route that we are strictly following. Our delivery team may arrive within the day depending on situations like traffic, checkpoints, truck bans, and other emergencies the delivery teams may face which may force them to take on a different route. 

15. Do you deliver abroad? 
Yes it is possible to ship in bulk order with corresponding international shipping rates, but we are looking to be available overseas soon to make it easier in the future for retail purchases.

16. How are your items packed?

We pack our items with corrugated carton, stretch film, and foam sheets to ensure the protection and quality of our items.
